Mars Civil is the civil and underground division of Mars Construction Industries, a licensed California Class A General Engineering contractor based in Orange, California.

We self-perform civil work, utility trenching, concrete, and slurry for public works agencies, general contractors, and private owners across Southern California — with our own crews, our own equipment, and a GPS-tracked fleet, so schedules stay in our hands.

Our Class A license covers the work itself: underground utilities, sewer and water systems, storm drain, earthwork, concrete structures, and paving. One license, the whole scope — and when the underground work passes inspection, we put the street back to spec.

Straight answers come standard. We bring years of experience in Southern California streets, soils, and agency requirements — and if a job isn’t right for us, we’ll say so before bid day, not after.
